I wanted to find an app that I could run my business on a year ago. Kashoo is it! Easy to learn, easy to move between fields and great dashboards to quickly assess where I am at with billing clients. Great job!

Very useful, easy but still there are some basic features missing that would really help. There is no cash flow and no budget. For some reason I dont know, I observed a difference between iPhone app and web app figures.

Kashoo is great! I do wish it was compatible with square. But customer service is so, very, helpful, and patient. No complaints!

If you are a small business owner, Kashoo is the answer for gathering all your sales, income, expenses, and relevant business information and metrics in one flexible filing cabinet. And the reports feature is superb.

They seem to quietly hide the fact that PO functionality is missing.

The app is great but they need to add a signature feature on the invoice as well as turn pictures of receipts and such into a black and white photocopy simliar to what Jotnot does. And of course an actual inventory control system would make this a 5 star app.

I own an apartment rental and used Kashoo since Jan 2014 for recording about 50 entries a month. Its simple and not complicated. Producing financial statements monthly are easy for tax use. I may consider purchasing the upgraded version should I need in the future!

I love this program. My wife and I are both employed outside the home but live and manage a small farm. Kashoo has been an excellent way for us to keep records for our CPA to manage our Schedule F on the tax return. I agree this is a simpler program than others. But for the person who is just starting out or who, like me, needs an easy to navigate program for a business that is a relatively small part of how I spend my time, it is perfect. And if the farm grows, I have no doubt Kashoo will still meet my needs.

Jim Secord represented that this app would remain FREE for entities with a generous number of accounts and transactions. This is no longer true. If you engaged Kashoo through its previously generous terms, you are no longer able to access your financial data. LOST! This is a concern for my financial records. There are other genuinely "FREE" apps out there that appear to honor their representations and app user commitments.

I work hard, and I like to play hard therefore, I was looking for an easy do-it-all system that could intra- communicate with all my Apple devices easily to save me time so I can play when Im not working. Im looking forward to my 2015 taxes where I dont have to input everything now with Kashoo

I am a freelancer and this app is great for my needs. I did the free trial for a year and am now on the subscription. Worth the purchase for an easy and intuitive way to track invoices and expenses. I havent submitted my taxes yet but hoping this simplifies the process!

Ive had the opportunity to use several different types of accounting software. Kashoo is the most user friendly and cost effective solution that I have encountered. I love the fact that I can access and manipulate my information no matter where I am, or what device Im using. I love the dashboard feature where I can see at a glance how my business is doing. I highly recommend this cloud accounting software to large or small businesses.
